Job summary

NDRI-USA is seeking an organized, collaborative Assistant Project Manager to support the Principal Investigator and a research team on an NIH/NIDA-funded project aimed at encouraging participants to protect themselves and others from overdose.

This role offers hands-on experience in research coordination, participant engagement, data collection, and study operations, with on-site work across New York City three days per week at 60% FTE.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in public health, behavioral science, social and behavioral sciences, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate participant scheduling and study activities.
• Reconcile participant payment receipts and maintain logs of incentives.
• Maintain accurate study records and documentation; support project operations.
• Assist with data collection, tracking, and reporting for the project.
• Collaborate with researchers, community partners, and stakeholders.
