Responsibilities

• Draft persuasive pre-hearing briefs and written statements.
• Identify missing evidence and coordinate with the team to fill gaps.
• Evaluate cases involving multiple benefit programs.
• Explain legal concepts clearly to clients.
• Maintain strong case preparation systems and deadlines.
