Job summary

Fairbanks Native Association is seeking a Project Manager for the New Beginnings Recovery Home to oversee its operations and ensure quality service delivery for American Indian / Alaska Native individuals experiencing homelessness. The role involves managing daily operations, budgeting, and facilitating community meetings.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health with experience in program management and working with diverse populations. This is an opportunity to effect real change in the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in program/project management.
• Minimum two years experience working with AN/AI populations.
• Ability to protect confidentiality and comply with HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Recovery Home project.
• Facilitate meetings with housing providers.
• Ensure families enroll in HUD Continuum of Care.
