Qualifications

• Associate degree and 2 years' project management experience in construction or related field.
• Knowledge of real estate and affordable housing finance and related regulations; strong interest in owner/developer perspective.

Responsibilities

• Draft and manage funding applications and due diligence for affordable housing development.
• Track development milestones, budget, scope, and schedule; communicate status to partners.
• Coordinate with community stakeholders, design professionals, and contractors.
• Prepare project correspondence, maintain files, and organize documentation.
• Support organization-wide efforts and participate in ongoing professional development.
