This role requires strong expertise in real estate development, project management, and communication skills, with a focus on supporting vulnerable populations. The position offers a salary of $145,000 - $160,000 per year, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business, Urban Studies, Planning, Architecture, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in affordable housing development or construction-related project management.
• Strong knowledge of real estate and affordable housing finance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of multi-family affordable and supportive housing projects.
• Lead teams of vendors, consultants, and contractors.
• Draft funding applications to private and government sources.
• Coordinate development activities with community stakeholders.
