Job summary

Abode Services in Watsonville, CA seeks an Assistant Property Manager to support day-to-day property operations for the Resetar program. You will assist with leasing, marketing, resident engagement, rent collection, and documentation, while coordinating maintenance and office tasks.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of affordable property management/clerical experience, familiarity with Yardi, and a valid CA driver's license. Work is on-site with competitive hourly pay and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of affordable property management and clerical experience, HUD/TCAC experience a plus.
• Experience with Yardi software preferred.
• Must have a valid California driver's license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist Property Managers with leasing, marketing, and resident engagement.
• Assist in rent collection and posting of financial data with accounting.
• Prepare and complete recertifications, notices, and file organization.
• Support maintenance coordination and inventory across properties.
• Handle general administrative duties and on-call rotation management.
