Qualifications

• Degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s) and one year of project management or business operations experience.
• Phlebotomy and research visit coordination experience preferred.
• Ability to manage resources and budgets and align activities with objectives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates in the day-to-day management of the operational aspects of a project and scope.
• Works with client to identify project objectives and establish project parameters, budgets, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Develops project plans and cost projections and recommends changes as appropriate; identifies and allocates resources and prioritizes tasks to ensure that objectives are met.
• Aligns project activities with organizational objectives; ensures that project outcomes equate to organizational success.
• Coordinates the development of policies and procedures to meet project requirements.
• Interfaces with relevant parties to resolve problems and maintain progress to reduce risk of failure.
