Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in health science or related field.
• Health Science or related field; six years education/experience considered with two years post-high school.
• Minimum of two years of clinical research project management experience.
• Experience with data collection or data management in clinical trials.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist PIs and Division Administrator in project management of Infectious Disease trials.
• Oversee funding, invoicing, expenditures, and sponsor payments.
• Ensure compliance with budgets and FDA regulations; maintain study documents.
• Coordinate with sponsors, sites, SPA, CRC, and team members.
• Provide training and oversight of personnel and project teams.
