Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in Technical Product Management, Systems Analysis, or Product Ownership.
• Experience with a broad base of digital web and mobile products across platforms.
• Knowledge of development documentation methodologies (Visio, UML, object modelling).
• Experience with e-Commerce, CRM, web analytics assets.
• Strong ability to communicate sophisticated concepts to technical and non-technical collaborators.

Responsibilities

• Define, analyze, and document client requirements by conducting regular meetings.
• Translate requirements from business and technical sources into technical build direction using specifications, whiteboard discussions, UML modelling, and more.
• Collaborate with remote product and development teams throughout the SDLC to conceptualize, build, and implement end-to-end digital solutions.
• Work with executives and management across the organization.
• Research industry trends and develop technology recommendations for customers at all levels.
• Research and analyze strategic and competitive information to optimize product performance.
