Job summary

PTAG is seeking an Intermediate Project Manager in Casper, WY to support a major pipeline expansion program. The role focuses on delivering project excellence, coordinating with engineering, permitting, and environmental teams, and guiding multiple workstreams to successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings 7–14 years of PM experience, strong governance and reporting skills, and proficiency with PM tools such as MS Project and Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is required.
• 7–14 years of PM experience on large-scale capital programs or enterprise initiatives.
• Experience in PMO support, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid delivery models.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple workstreams within a major pipeline expansion program.
• Coordinate delivery with engineering, permitting, and environmental consultants.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Monitor performance against scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies; escalate as needed.
• Support governance activities, including steering committees and reports.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and dashboards.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions.
