Job summary

PTAG in Casper, Wyoming seeks an Intermediate Project Manager to drive excellence across a major pipeline expansion program. You will coordinate with engineering, permitting, and environmental teams, developing schedules and dashboards to ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget.

The role requires 7–14 years of PM experience in capital programs, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with PM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Project Management, or related field.
• 7–14 years of project management experience on large-scale capital programs or enterprise initiatives, preferably pipeline projects for crude/NGLs.
• Experience in PMO support, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid delivery models.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with team leadership ability.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6, Jira, SharePoint, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple workstreams and strategic initiatives within a major pipeline expansion program, focusing on underground segments.
• Coordinate and monitor program delivery providers (engineering, permitting, environmental consultants).
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables aligned with the program.
• Monitor performance against scope, schedule, budget, and quality; report variances.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigations; escalate as needed.
• Support governance activities: steering committees, status reviews, executive reporting.
