Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting or financial management experience in nonprofit sector
• Knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit accounting standards
• Proficiency with accounting systems and Excel
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilités

• Prepare and submit invoices to funding sources per contract terms
• Maintain documentation to support funding, audits, and compliance
• Perform budget-to-actual analyses and identify variances
• Review general ledger activity and record journal entries
• Forecast program and grant spending and update budgets with leaders
• Provide advanced financial analyses and scenario modeling for planning
• Support grant proposals budgeting and reporting for funders
• Coordinate salary allocations and staffing models with HR
• Assist with audits and prepare confirmations and schedules
• Contribute to organization-wide financial forecasting and leadership insights
• Mentor junior team members to ensure reporting accuracy
