Responsibilities

• Develops IEPs for students with disabilities and updates them as needed.
• Implements instructional strategies and progress monitoring tools.
• Assists students in completing curriculum tasks and IEP goals.
• Employs diverse teaching methods and materials to meet student needs.
• Monitors behavior, maintains classroom discipline, and teaches behavior strategies.
• Evaluates progress and coordinates grades and reports.
• Attends IEP meetings as a collaborative team member.
• Keeps current with trends and best practices via PD and professional networks.
