Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years' experience in manufacturing or corporate environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar.
• Expertise in translating complex datasets into actionable insights using SQL queries.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized; able to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma principles is preferred; ERP systems and databases experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze manufacturing data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, materials, and engineering to align goals and data-driven decisions.
• Investigate issues with manufacturing applications using root-cause analysis and allocate resources.
• Lead cross-functional projects and document requirements from start to finish.
• Develop solution designs and document rationale; guide groups to final recommendations.
• Estimate high-level timelines, resource needs, and funding.
• Train end users with guides, training materials, and test plans.
