Job summary

Saga Education is seeking a Program Manager to oversee a portfolio of tutoring programs at the school level, guiding Tutors and Site Coordinators across multiple program models to ensure high-quality implementation. You will drive program fidelity, coordinate professional development, and cultivate partnerships with school stakeholders to support student outcomes and Saga's mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in a school-based or instructional leadership role.
• Demonstrated proficiency in high school mathematics (Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II) and comfort with STEM instruction.
• Experience working in classroom settings and supporting student learning in underserved communities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with experience managing teams or projects across multiple locations or remotely.
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including school and district staff.
• Travel up to 50% cross-state travel; valid U.S. driver’s license and authorization to travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of tutoring programs at the school level across multiple program models.
• Lead and coach Tutors and Site Coordinators to ensure high-quality program delivery.
• Maintain program fidelity and facilitate ongoing professional development.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with school stakeholders and district partners.
• Coordinate across Saga departments for successful program launches and ongoing support.
• Manage site budgets and program logistics including scheduling and attendance.
