Job summary

Saga Education is seeking a Site Coordinator to supervise daily operations of the Saga Math Lab at a designated school site. You will ensure a high-quality learning environment for students and tutors, while coordinating with the Program Manager on site performance and improvements.

You will manage attendance, assist with tutoring activities, troubleshoot technology, and maintain strong relationships with school staff.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher.
• 1+ year experience in middle or high school math education.
• Proficient in Algebra I, II, and Geometry.
• Comfort with Google Suite and Saga data tracking software.
• Able to manage multiple tasks within a day or week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Saga Math Lab as on-site supervisor.
• Supervise and support Math Tutors; resolve conflicts and ensure continuity of instruction.
• Monitor student attendance and tutor participation; implement coverage when needed.
• Support engagement with learning platforms; assist with troubleshooting.
