Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as a UX Architect, UX Designer, or Product Designer.
• 2+ years focusing on user research, interaction design, or visual design.
• 1+ year of Agile/lean experience.
• 1+ year working with clients/stakeholders on enterprise apps.
• 1+ year applying user-centered design from research to implementation.
• 1+ year using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Axure, InVision.
• 1+ year with modern front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, Material Design).
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Solve critical user problems by understanding needs and delivering impactful products.
• Embrace lean, iterative collaboration over heavy documentation.
• Contribute as a full-stack designer across research, IA, wireframes, visuals, CSS, and HTML.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to align approaches.
• Adopt an agile mindset and experiment with design processes.
• Stay up-to-date on AI tools and UX trends.
