Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MPH or related health sciences degree preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in clinical research, health services research, health policy, or related areas.
• Strong organizational, project coordination, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Familiarity with PubMed and healthcare research; evidence review/synthesis experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Asana and EndNote preferred.
• Flexible, collaborative, teachable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from procurement through contract completion, tracking timelines, deliverables, and vendor communications.
• Support evidence reviews, systematic and scoping reviews, topic development, and other research initiatives.
• Coordinate across internal teams and external vendors, including meetings, communications, and timely follow-up.
• Conduct healthcare research using PubMed and Google Scholar and summarize findings.
• Manage multiple projects, emails, and competing priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
