Job summary

The Stryker Johnston Foundation in Kalamazoo, MI seeks a full-time Grant Program Manager to implement the foundation’s grantmaking program and manage its portfolio. This role, reporting to the Executive Director, also supports other investment portfolios to maximize community impact.

Responsibilities include developing grant priorities, conducting due diligence, maintaining records, and fostering trust-based partnerships with grant partners and community organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in program coordination/management.
• At least five years in philanthropic sector or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement grantmaking priorities and evaluation criteria.
• Lead due diligence including research, site visits, and financial analyses.
• Prepare grant summaries and recommendations; notify funding decisions.
