Job summary

The Stryker Johnston Foundation in Kalamazoo, Michigan is seeking a full-time Grants Manager to oversee grant workflows, build and refine grant administration systems, and ensure accurate reporting for audits and 990 filings.

You will collaborate with the team to design processes for the grant lifecycle, synthesize program data, and support continuous improvement aligned with our mission and values.

Qualifications

• Experience in grantmaking processes and systems.
• Ability to synthesize and analyze grant data.
• Experience with annual filings and audits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage grant workflows and lifecycle from application to reporting.
• Design and implement grant administration systems.
• Prepare data for annual tax filings (990-PF), audits, and reporting.
• Collaborate with the team to align grants with priorities.
