Job summary

The Resilience Project Inc is a New York-based nonprofit seeking a passionate Fundraiser to join our mission-driven team in New York, NY. This role offers the chance to connect donors with causes that change lives, build lasting relationships, and inspire generosity.

You will develop and execute fundraising campaigns, identify and steward donors, plan events, write grant proposals, and manage donor data in CRM systems like Salesforce or Bloomerang.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in nonprofit fundraising or donor relations.
• Proven track record of meeting fundraising targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a donor-centered approach.
• Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or Bloomerang.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute fundraising campaigns to meet and exceed revenue goals
• Identify, cultivate, and steward relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, and foundations
• Plan and coordinate fundraising events, drives, and donor engagement initiatives
• Write compelling grant proposals, donor appeals, and fundraising communications
• Track and manage donor data using CRM software to ensure accurate records and reporting
• Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to align fundraising strategies with organizational goals
• Research new funding opportunities and prospective major gift donors
