Qualifikationen

• Experience with QuickBooks, Excel and payroll processing.
• Supervisory experience required; strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and provide financial insight.

• Oversee all financial operations from daily transactions through annual audits.
• Interface with Board Treasurer for monthly interim reporting.
• Coordinate annual audit and liaise with auditors, brokers and insurers.
• Lead payroll processing and employee benefits coordination.
• Manage budgeting processes, grants reporting and donor-restricted spending.
• Collaborate with CEO on strategic HR and insurance negotiations.
