Cabrini Green Legal Aid (CGLA) is seeking an Executive Director to set strategy and lead a mission-driven organization focused on reform and equitable access to justice. The role requires strengthening financial foundations and guiding fundraising initiatives while maintaining strong relationships with staff, volunteers, and the Board.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and significant nonprofit leadership experience.
Experience managing budgets, cash flow, and financial oversight.
Proven fundraising success with five- and six-figure gifts.
Experience working with Boards and volunteers.
Commitment to criminal justice reform and equitable access to justice.
