Job summary

GHD is seeking Environmental Interns to join our Environmental team for the upcoming summer. You will work with project managers, engineers, geologists, scientists, and technicians to coordinate environmental solutions and project goals across air quality, waste, remediation, and health & safety.

The internship offers hands-on field involvement, report writing, data management, and potential field training, with a hybrid work model requiring three in-office days per week.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology/Hydrogeology or related field.
• Ability to learn on the job and apply theory in a practical setting.
• Strong sense of motivation and a thirst for knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Work on report writing, data management, and field equipment maintenance.
• May receive field experience and training in soil and groundwater sampling, monitoring well installation and remediation system operations.
