Job summary

GHD is seeking Environmental Interns to join our Environmental team for the upcoming summer. You will work with project managers, engineers, geologists, scientists, and technicians to coordinate environmental solutions and project goals across air quality, waste, remediation, and health & safety.

The internship offers hands-on field involvement, report writing, data management, and potential field training, with a hybrid work model requiring three in-office days per week.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology/Hydrogeology or related field.
• Ability to learn on the job and apply theory in a practical setting.
• Strong sense of motivation and a thirst for knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Work on report writing, data management, and field equipment maintenance.
• May receive field experience and training in soil and groundwater sampling, monitoring well installation and remediation system operations.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for Environmental Interns to join our Environmental team this upcoming summer! As an Intern, you'll work closely with and in support of project managers, professional engineers, geologists, environmental scientists, and skilled technicians/technologists to coordinate and implement a wide variety of environmental engineering solutions and project goals (i.e. air quality, solid waste, remediation, health & safety, etc.)

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
