Job summary

Mosaic is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team in Illinois. As a DSP, you will help people served learn daily living skills and life activities to live as independently as possible.

You’ll support goal achievement, safety, and personal care while offering emotional support and assisting with housekeeping and meals. No experience is required; we provide thorough training and a chance to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

Qualifications

• No experience required; thorough training provided.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living skills and life activities to promote independence.
• Identify and support goals to help individuals live their best life.
• Monitor comfort and safety and meet medical, nutritional and personal care needs.
• Provide emotional support and assist with housekeeping, meal prep and laundry.
