Job summary

Operation PAR, Inc. seeks a Development Manager in Pinellas Park, FL to drive revenue growth by managing the donor database and securing corporate sponsorships and foundation grants.

This mid-level role focuses on building strong partnerships, writing compelling grant proposals, and optimizing fundraising systems to support annual events and organizational growth. 3+ years in grant writing is required; CFRE preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with grant writing, annual fund management, sponsorships and events, or general fund development required.
• 5+ years and accreditation/certification (CFRE) preferred.
• Experience in health and human services a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect Cultivation: Identify and cultivate new foundation and corporate funding opportunities, presenting them to leadership for review, and secure invitation for visits or application submittal, if required.
• Develop proposals with leadership and program staff; align with identified needs and budgets.
• Draft letters of inquiry, grant applications, and case statements; write and submit proposals as necessary.
• Maintain master grant list and track responses, awards, and renewal opportunities.
