Job summary

Arc of Onondaga, a nonprofit serving individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, seeks a Community Programs Manager to lead community-based programs for children, youth, and adults. You will guide program development, staff supervision, and partnerships with families and community partners to foster inclusion and growth.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in human services or related field required.
At least 2 years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of community programs and services.
Develop engaging programs for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Coordinate staffing, scheduling, training and program coverage.
Build relationships with participants, families, and community partners.
Develop grant proposals and seek outside funding.
