Qualifikationen

• Paramedic certification in NC (or eligibility for reciprocity) and CPR/ACLS.
• Experience providing advanced life support, patient assessment, and pre-hospital care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, healthcare professionals, and partners.
• Ability to document accurately in electronic medical records and follow protocols.
• Capacity to work independently in the field and adapt to changing needs.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; county vehicle duties as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or additional healthcare training preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to equitable, patient-centered care and respectful service to diverse populations.
