Job summary

Health Outreach Prevention Education, Inc (HOPE) Tulsa is seeking a compassionate Community Outreach & Medical Testing Specialist to connect people to HIV, Hepatitis C, and STI prevention, testing, and treatment services. The role blends clinic work with field outreach, delivering education and screening in diverse Tulsa communities.

You'll build relationships, conduct testing and counseling, guide clients through PrEP/PEP, and connect them with care.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships at outreach sites and develop testing events targeting at‑risk populations.
• Conduct HIV/HCV/STI testing and counseling; accept phlebotomy training is provided.
• Guide clients through PEP and PrEP services from intake through follow‑up.
• Link clients to medical providers, social services, and Disease Intervention Specialists.
• Deliver prevention education to youth and community members.
• Maintain accurate records in PHIDDO and support program data with meaningful information.
• Represent HOPE at health fairs and community events.
