Janus of Santa Cruz seeks an experienced Clinical Director of Outpatient Services to provide strategic, clinical, and operational leadership across our outpatient substance use disorder programs. The role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and focuses on high‑quality behavioral healthcare, regulatory compliance, and staff development.

The Director will dedicate ~5% of time to direct clinical service delivery, support access to care, assessments, and program needs, while guiding program

Qualifikationen

• Current California licensure as LCSW, or LMFT, or eligible associate licensure.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, or related field with SUD certification.
• Bachelor's degree with a Substance Use Disorder credential and 10+ years of leadership in behavioral health.

Aufgaben

• Provide clinical direction for outpatient SUD programs and services.
• Ensure delivery of evidence-based, recovery-oriented, trauma-informed care.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop innovative service models and manage program expansion efforts.
• Recruit, train, and develop clinical staff; supervise Program Managers.
• Support crisis response and foster cross-department collaboration.
