Job summary

Santa Fe Recovery Center, Inc is seeking a Clinical Director who will provide leadership, training, and supervision for its substance use programs within a regulated framework. The position guides program alignment with SFRC’s vision and goals, overseeing clinical operations and on-call coverage across residential programs.

The role requires a Master’s or Doctorate in a relevant field, multiple professional licenses, and substantial experience in substance use treatment.

Qualifications

Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Substance Use Disorder Counseling, Guidance and Counseling, Psychology, or related health field.
Experience in Mental Health and SUD Counseling totaling 5+ years, with 3+ years in actual Substance Abuse Treatment; 2+ years supervisory experience preferred.
Licenses such as LPCC, LISW, LMFT, PhD., PsyD; LADAC preferred.

Responsibilities

Member of the Leadership Team responsible for ongoing agency operations and developing procedures, reports, and plans.
Oversee program teams through clinical supervisors/managers.
Maintain program profitability, quality, and effectiveness and report status.
Recommend future program expansion and implementation of plans.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA 42 CFR Part 2 confidentiality standards and clients’ rights.
Provide consultation for critical incidents and problem resolution.
