ABC Academy in Katy, TX is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a multi-site clinic and empower a team of 25–50 clinicians and staff. You'll own financials, safety, and compliance while delivering excellent clinical operations and family-centered service.

The role requires 6+ years of large-team leadership, a bachelor’s or master’s degree (or comparable experience), and strong communication and emotional intelligence.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of managing large teams across multiple sites or districts.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred, but extensive management experience also valued.
• High Emotional Intelligence and strong communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Metrics & Financials: Drive operational success by managing KPIs, clinic budgets, and team performance.
• Team Leadership: Lead, engage, and retain a team of 25–50 professionals delivering clinical care.
• Community Engagement: Build trust with families by providing education and onboarding guidance.
• Operational Excellence: Collaborate with admissions, clinical directors, and department leaders to ensure quality operations.
