Tennessee Oncology is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily clinic operations across front office, lab and clinical teams. The role emphasizes staff leadership, scheduling, payroll oversight and maintaining efficient workflows to support high-quality patient care.

The position requires strong communication, organization, and a track record in outpatient settings, with a focus on cost containment and continuous process improvement. Travel to satellite clinics may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year overseeing outpatient practice operations; 3 years preferred in Oncology/Hematology.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
• Strong management and leadership skills with the ability to lead diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff, scheduling and workflow to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
• Manage payroll, overtime, time-off requests and staff coverage.
• Oversee inventory, purchasing and vendor relations; ensure cost containment and efficiency.
• Lead monthly staff meetings and communicate management decisions to clinic staff.
• Collaborate with providers and TNONC leadership on operations and strategic priorities.
