Qualifications

• Ability to document observations clearly for Tier 2 and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Review resident files for accuracy across LIHTC (Section 42), HUD Section 8, USDA Rural Development, and related programs.
• Apply standard income and asset calculations, deductions, and certifications using established guidance.
• Flag complex or ambiguous cases and elevate to Tier 2 with clear notes.
• Verify automated outputs against program requirements for routine files.
• Document findings to support QA and product improvements.
• Follow review guides and checklists to ensure consistent reviews.
• Support testing and validation in UAT environments under Tier 2 guidance.
• Meet defined SLAs and quality benchmarks for timely reviews.
