Job summary

You will translate findings into actionable insights for supervisors, leadership, and supporting teams, and contribute to reporting and BI solutions using Power BI. The role requires 3–5 years of data analysis experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to communicate complex results to both technical and non-technical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, performance analysis, BI, or related role.
• Demonstrated experience translating data into meaningful business insights.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience working with moderately complex datasets.
• Experience developing reports, metrics, visualizations, scorecards, or other analytical products.
• Ability to identify and communicate trends, patterns, and potential contributing factors within performance data.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Analyze scorecard, quality, and operational data to evaluate performance and identify trends and issues.
• Examine results across analysts, supervisors, teams, and time periods to identify contributing factors.
• Conduct recurring and ad hoc analyses to support performance management and improvement.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for supervisors and leadership.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and BI visuals to monitor performance and quality.
• Collaborate with Training and other teams to address knowledge or skill gaps.
