Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or related analytics role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience analyzing data from multiple sources.
• Experience developing reports, metrics, visuals, or other analytical products.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, visualizations, and other analytical products.
• Use Power BI or similar tools to develop and enhance reporting and BI solutions.
• Present complex data and findings in clear formats for intended audiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout development, testing, implementation, and enhancement of analytical products.
