Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years in corporate social impact, philanthropy, nonprofit management, community engagement, or related field.
• Experience managing external partner or grantee relationships, with a track record of trust and delivering against commitments.
• Familiarity with impact measurement frameworks, data collection processes, or grant reporting requirements.
• Strong project management skills to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Strategic thinker with outstanding written and verbal communications skills.
• Experience with AI tools in social impact workflows.
• Experience designing or executing employee engagement or volunteering programming in a corporate context.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of grantee relationships across NYC, Canada, Miami, Chicago and Sao Paulo, serving as primary point of contact for grant reporting and communications.
• Design and execute community engagement and volunteering programming across portfolio, coordinating logistics, recruitment and partnerships.
• Serve as internal liaison for impact assessment, data collection, and reporting, exploring AI-enabled options to improve measurement and storytelling.
