Job summary

PIMCO in New York seeks a Program Manager, Purpose to lead grantee relationships, community engagement programs, and impact measurement initiatives. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 6+ years in corporate social impact, philanthropy, nonprofit management, or related.
• Experience managing external partner or grantee relationships with trust-building and delivery.
• Familiarity with impact measurement frameworks, data collection, or grant reporting.
• Strong project management with multiple workstreams.
• Strategic thinker with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with third-party impact assessment platforms or nonprofit measurement partners.
• Familiarity with AI tools for social impact workflows.
• Experience designing or executing employee engagement or volunteering programs in a corporate context.

Responsibilities

• Manage grantee relationships across NYC, Canada, Miami, Chicago and Sao Paulo, primary contact for reporting.
• Oversee grant lifecycle including due diligence, monitoring, and close-out.
• Coordinate grant communications and leadership reporting.
• Design and execute community engagement and volunteering programming across portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align programs with priorities and drive participation.
• Track participation, gather feedback, and report outcomes.
• Develop internal impact reporting and storytelling.
• Serve as internal liaison for impact assessment partnerships and data workflows.
