Job summary

PIMCO is seeking a strategic Manager, Content Strategy & Insights to shape how we tell investment stories across channels. You will translate complex themes into compelling narratives, partner with investment teams and regional marketing, and drive AI-enabled improvements in content creation and distribution.

The role blends content strategy, audience intelligence, measurement, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable business impact and scalable content programs for our clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance or related field; CFA/CAIA or MBA preferred.
• 5-8 years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, investment marketing, strategy, or related disciplines within asset management or financial services.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and project management capabilities.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated content strategies aligned with business objectives and client needs.
• Translate investment concepts into narratives, thought leadership programs, and campaigns.
• Lead content planning across owned, earned, social, digital, and event channels.
• Measure content performance and optimize campaigns across channels.
• Partner with digital marketing and analytics to improve content discoverability and AI-enabled workflows.
