Job summary

Tory Burch Foundation seeks a communications/CRM professional to own Fellows messaging across Circle and Klaviyo, manage funnels, and oversee campaigns. You will coordinate with Marketing to ensure brand voice and drive engagement among women entrepreneurs.

You will lead end-to-end communications for events, analyze data for improvements, and partner with teams to support retention and re-engagement programs with measurable results.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in communications, lifecycle or CRM marketing, member engagement, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated ownership of a retention or re-engagement program with tangible results.
• Hands-on experience with a marketing automation or CRM platform (Klaviyo preferred; HubSpot, Braze, Iterable, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud considered).
• Fluency with segmentation, audience data, and campaign reporting.
• Excellent writing and editing, with the ability to write in a defined brand voice.
• Hands-on event marketing experience including registration campaigns and attendee communications.

Responsibilities

• Own Fellows primary messaging in their online Circle community and Klaviyo — templates, segmentation, automated workflows, list hygiene, and deliverability.
• Manage the shared Fellows inbox and inbound ticketing in Monday Service; extend into additional channels with clear rationale.
• Lead communications for Founders Circle events—save-the-dates, registrations, waitlists and post-event follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Marketing to align voice and creative with the Foundation brand, including challenging moments with clarity and care.
• Define and report on key metrics (reach, engagement, reactivation, surveys, attendance) and drive data-driven recommendations.
