Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in communications, lifecycle or CRM marketing, or related field.
• Proven ownership of a retention or re-engagement program.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (Klaviyo preferred).
• Strong writing and editing within established brand voice.
• Experience with event marketing and attendee communications.
• Ability to manage a communications calendar across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own Fellows messaging across online Circle and Klaviyo; manage templates and deliverability.
• Coordinate cross-channel campaigns and inbound ticketing; extend to social and events.
• Lead communications for Founders Circle and related events; manage registrations and post-event follow-up.
• Partner with Marketing on voice and brand alignment; craft clear messages in difficult moments.
• Define metrics and reporting cadence; run testing and provide data-driven recommendations.
