Job summary

Guilford County Schools in Greensboro, North Carolina, is seeking a Multi-Classroom Coach (MCC I–III) to support teacher development and leadership across classrooms. This licensed, 10-month, full-time role involves coaching teams of teachers with structure for partial or full-day release as needed.

Starting salary is $4,625.00 per month, with licensed-certified pay scales determined by the NC Department of Public Instruction.

Qualifications

• 10 month term.

Responsibilities

• MCC I coaches 2-3 teachers (full-release or 50% teaching/50% coaching).
• MCC II coaches 4-5 teachers (full-release).
• MCC III coaches 6-8 teachers (full-release).

Multi-Classroom Coach- An Adult Leadership position where excellent teachers coach a group of teachers.

• MCC I - Coaches 2-3 teachers (this can be full-release, 100%of the day; or partial release, 50% teaching/50% coaching)
• MCC II - Coaches 4-5 teachers (full-release)
• MCC III - Coaches 6-8 teachers (full-release)

Applications for Multi-classroom Leader (MCL) positions will be screened and viable candidates will be placed in a pool for principal consideration. Not all schools will have each level of position.
