Job summary

Reinvestment Fund in Philadelphia seeks a Program Impact Data Manager to develop and manage processes for collecting, validating, analyzing, and reporting data related to the organization's programs.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Programs Impact and Operations, this role will contribute to the design of new initiatives within the department and collaborate with data colleagues across departments to capture the collective impact of Reinvestment Fund.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree a plus.
• Minimum five years in analytics, research, or nonprofit management with impact measurement.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating into scalable data architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead metrics design to assess program impact and align with equity goals.
• Own data frameworks, dashboards, and reporting workflows across programs.
• Maintain data quality standards and consistent reporting cadences.
• Develop surveys and tools to capture community feedback.
• Build dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
