Evidence Action in Washington, DC, is seeking a qualified program and project support professional to bolster ISW operations in India and across teams. You will conduct analyses, build visualizations, and support cost-effectiveness studies while coordinating with cross-functional colleagues.

The role requires 3–5 years in international development or public health, strong data skills with Excel/Power BI/Tableau, and the ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in program and project support in an international environment.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including data analysis and cost-effectiveness or cost-benefit analysis.
• Experience building dashboards or data visualizations to communicate findings.
• Experience supporting donor engagement or grant-related work; drafting narratives and reports.

Responsibilities

• Analytical Support (50%): estimate unmet need, analyze ISW reach, and develop scenario planning analyses.
• Develop data visualizations to communicate ISW program impact to diverse audiences.
• Support cost-effectiveness measures for policy-level engagement.
• Project Management and Coordination (30%): track theory of change progress and coordinate with cross-cutting teams.
• Surge Support (20%): assist India-based team and coordinate with national teams as needed.
