Job summary

Evidence Action is seeking a data-driven professional to support the India Safe Water program in Washington, DC with analytical and project coordination responsibilities. You will handle analyses to estimate unmet needs and program reach, develop visualizations, and support cost-effectiveness measures while collaborating with cross-functional teams across India and the U.S.

The role requires 3-5 years of international program experience, strong data skills, and experience with donor engagement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in program and project support in an international environment, working in development, public health, MLE, or as a management consultant.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including data analysis, cost-effectiveness or cost-benefit analysis, and building dashboards or data visualizations to communicate findings.
• Proficiency in analytical and data visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, or Tableau).
• Experience supporting donor engagement or grant-related work; including drafting narratives, reports, or communications materials for external audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analytical Support (50%): conduct analyses for India ISW context and develop scenario planning analyses.
• Project Management and Coordination (30%): track progress and collaborate with cross-cutting teams to meet ISW objectives.
• Surge Support (20%): support India-based Safe Water team and coordinate with National teams.
