Job summary

Entergy is seeking an Analyst II to strengthen the Consumer & Advocacy Programs. This onsite role will lead continuous improvement, automation, and targeted outreach to help low-income customers access assistance dollars.

You will develop strategies to achieve financial outcomes and track progress toward goals. Candidate should have a bachelor’s degree, 2–4 years of professional experience, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Analytical skill set with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business field is required or equivalent work experience; Master's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on project portions and document sources with stakeholders.
• Identify data inconsistencies and report issues to senior analysts.
• Review functions/structures to avoid overlap and duplication.
• Document analyses with consistent methodology for future use.
• Perform quality control analyses for accuracy and rationale.
• Support CAP programs and perform administrative tasks as needed.
• Assist with outreach events and coordination for donations and partners.
• Collaborate with team and community organizations to improve processes and service delivery for low-income customers.
• Manage agency relationships and proactive stakeholder engagement.
