Job summary

CGC, a nonprofit investment firm financing clean energy and resilient infrastructure, seeks an Advisor to advance its labor pilot across three states. Under the Director, you will shape milestones, advance labor and community benefits, and help identify projects meeting financing parameters.

This part-time role requires a Master’s degree with 6+ years or equivalent, plus proven event planning, coalition building, and project-management leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 6+ years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience planning and executing events.
• Experience building coalitions with broad participation.
• Experience working with labor and/or community organizations.
• Understanding of labor, workforce development, and community benefits strategies.
• Experience leading project management and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Advise on labor and community benefits opportunities and help measure job quality and workforce development in pipelines.
• Organize labor and community stakeholder convenings with diverse participants.
• Identify and advance pipeline of projects meeting job quality, workforce development, and community benefits parameters and financing requirements.
• Define pilot milestones, track progress, and manage day-to-day activities and reporting.
