Under the direction of the Director, the Advisor will play a critical role in executing CGC’s labor pilot, a two-year effort supporting the abilities of three green bank partners to identify pipelines of projects that meet financial parameters, while also advancing the priorities of local labor and community stakeholders. CGC and our green bank partners are committed to creating high quality 21st century jobs, strengthening local workforce development, and ensuring that the benefits of the clean energy economy reach every community. The CGC labor pilot would execute activities intended to increase labor and community engagement in the development of clean infrastructure projects in three targeted states, and to ensure those projects support job quality, workforce development, and community benefits objectives. The Advisor will help design the milestones for achieving the goals of the labor pilot and implement the day-to-day activities in one of the three targeted states.
This is a part-time position. The salary range for this role is $173,319 – $195,160. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and overall qualifications, and may vary from the stated range.
