Qualifications

• Master's degree and 6+ years of related experience.
• Experience planning and executing events.
• Experience building coalitions with broad participation.
• Experience working with labor and/or community organizations.
• Understanding of labor, workforce development, and community benefits strategies.
• Experience leading project management.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Advise on labor and community benefits opportunities and help measure performance.
• Organize labor and community stakeholder convenings with diverse participants.
• Identify and advance project pipelines meeting job quality and community benefits parameters.
• Define pilot milestones, track budget, and report progress.
